How to use

Pick the rep count you plan to do, pick your target RPE (how hard the last rep should feel), and the chart shows the % of 1RM. Multiply by your 1RM to get the working weight.

RPE estimates are individual-specific and improve with practice. Beginners under-estimate RPE; experienced lifters within ±0.5 RPE.
